New linear air cooling acrylic bender

Once updated, Dry Type Acrylic Bender is getting more and more popular by clients like shown above in DPES 2019. No need water circulating cooling system to cool the machine. It adopts  shell cooling and automatic air cooling technology, convenient and safe. It uses high-quality asbestos insulation to prevent from serious heat dissipation and avoid damage.

First, open the package, take out the machine and set it up, and install the equipped guiding ruler. Turn on the power.

Second, adjust the temperature: Knob the button to raise the temperature to 100℃ for several seconds at first time.

Note: It is normal that there would be some smoke from thermal insulation layer. Waiting until the smoke has completely disappeared before using normal power.

Meanwhile, you can prepare the acrylic material. Cut the acrylic plate with our hook knife, and divide it into small pieces (Be careful.)

Third, kindly adjust the temperature to around 50℃. Then, you can use the machine to bend the acrylic sheet.

Fourth, place one side of the acrylic plate close to the guiding ruler to ensure that the heating areas are parallel. Wait about 30 seconds, remove the acrylic plate and bend it to the angle you need.
