Large Format Acrylic Bender Sign Letter Bender

1. Prepare a barrel with Minimum 30L volume, 2pcs of aluminum by 45*76mm,length as required by frequent bending width.

2. Connect the heater to water pump with the silicon tube first.Then put the water pump into barrel.

3. Connect temperature controller with heater.

4. Turn on the water pump, then plug in the temperature controller till water circulation normal. Adjust the controller clockwise for increasing and opposite to lower. Pls kindly do it slowly to avoid any damages.
Note: Ground wire is very important.

5. After around 5-6mins heating up to wanted temperature (Winter may need longer time), pls put the plastic board to the heating area till it becomes soft. Then can do bending for any angle.

1. If not experienced, can find a similar material for testing at first to find proper temperature.

2. Ideal temperature can soften the board and no bubble. Too low temperature causes loTrend efficiency while too high temperature will have bubble.

3. Then remove the softened sheet and shape it to 90° with aluminum prepared in advance.Also can use other fixed shape for different angles.

4. Besides,you can make a slide with depth around 2/5 thickness for easier bending.

Note: Please turn off the machine when water temperature is higher than 55℃, then change it later. Circulating water temperature can not drop abruptly.
