1. Before splicing materials, it is necessary to fix the two ends of the material with tape to ensure no wrinkles, and the coverage width between the materials is about 4 cm.

2. Move the machine and place it on the materials. The edge of the wheel is 2mm away from the edge of the materials. (Don't drag the machine to walk.)

3. After turning on the power, adjust the temperature (usually 400 ° C), wind speed (usually the maximum wind speed) and the walking speed according to the thickness of the material (usually 3-4)

4.After setting the temperature, wait for 1 minute for the temperature to rise. Sometimes the  temperature will exceed the set temperature. It is no problem if temperature fluctuation within 5 °C. After that, the temperature will automatically fall back to the set temperature.Wait until the actual temperature matches the set temperature (or within ±1 °C) and you can start using the machine.

5. In the splicing process, the infrared laser positioning system and the LED light can be used to observe the splicing trajectory in time to guarantee better precision.

6. After using, please cool down the machine at first and wait the real temperature drop below 50 °C, and do not shut down at high temperature to avoid damage.

7. Especially several machines have automatic dormancy function such as LC-3000C, Top 4500, TOP 3400C etc. After 15 minutes , it will enter this state and the temperature will start to drop.
