1.Pls cut the material to be spliced along a long straight ruler, keep the blade sharp, try to cut it at one time, not return, avoid burrs, inclination and skew.

                                                                         

2.Carefully remove the leftovers. During fixing, pls align the materials.Pay attention to the method of two pieces of cloths sewing and arching. Many customers’ suggestions are to stack 1-2mm and then put it on the front.

                                                                           

3.At the back of the splicing, when two pictures are folded and reversed, turn one picture first like rolling poster light box, and keep the paper tape of fixed pictures from cracking and pleating. After turning over, tighten and fix outside the marking line with 502.

 

4.Before welding, find one same sample with the welding material and test the temperature and walking speed. According to the experience of many customers, the temperature is generally set to 500℃，and the speed is about 2-3. Then turn on the power and turn on the golden heating knob. When the measured value is consistent with the set value, wrap the tape around the disk,lower the swing frame and fix the beginning part with tape.Eligibility criteria:If the belt does not turn yellow, pull the belt and the two edges are completely delaminated to qualify.

 

5.If you are in hurry, you can use a wet rag(no water dripping),behind the wheel, wipe with the rag to speed up the natural cooling and roll up in advance.
