Now let's talk about some special designs.

1. Equipped with a length adjuster (adjustment range: 40-330mm), the heating area can be adjusted uniformly to facilitate high-volume work. Also equipped with an angle adjuster (adjustment range: 0-160°), which is convenient for customers to adjust the appropriate angle according to their own needs.

2. The width of the heating area can be adjusted with the knob from 0 to 20mm.

3. The heating tube adopts far infrared heating technology to guarantee fast heating, safe and easy to use. The temperature can be adjusted by the temperature controller (range: 0-100℃), which is easy to operate and energy-saving.

4. The machine adopts water pump cooling system to prevent the shell’s temperature from being too high and causing damage.

5. The bending speed is fast. It takes around 15-20 seconds to bend the 3mm acrylic sheet.
