Automatic Eyelet Machine with Cutter Eyelet & Grommet Machine

Specially designed for X-Banner stand. Suitable for post-forming batch processing of photo paper, PVC hard film and other advertising photo X-banner display, which can realize automatic feeding, automatic cutting, automatic buckle, auto stickers and other functions.

Automatic cutting and punching can be used simultaneously or separately to meet diverse needs. 

1. Implement full automatization, greatly time-saving: Cut, punch and paste the entire process around 15seconds, usually 8pcs/min. Traditional method needs to be cut into small pieces at first, then sticker on the back of X-baner, and punch holes on the banner, its average time is about 5minutes.

1. Place the printed into volume continuous X-banner(color block should be reserved for eyelet punching), turn on the switch.

2. Put the banner in the middle of the two take-up systems, lift up the paper roller bracket, and x-banner is drawn out from the bottom of paper pressing platen by color code sensor, then lower teh lifting paper roller bracket.

3. Open the display, select the specification, click Automatication.

4. The banner is marked with the following steps: edge cleaning, sensor color finding, labeling, color marking, fastening and fixed size cutting.
