Hot-air Welder Top 4500 Hot-air Welder & Jointer & Guns

UV pictures are not easy to weld? Even small gaps can affect overal appearance? Our new Top 4500 can both joint banners seamlessly and weld common inkjet materials with fast speed.

Thin and thick materials both are easy to process, also folded and worn. High-permeability, high-molecular tape is used to make firmer and more transparent effect.

1. The whole machine body is made of aluminum alloy, corrosion-resistant, and has good heat dissipation function. Compared with the ordinary iron machine body, the continuous working time is obviously longer.

2.  Adopt the brushless maintenance-free fan with strong wind, more than twice that of ordinary fan.

3.  Equipped with 4500w heating wire, more powerful and higher temperature. The air nozzle uses our own unique design with even and strong hot air and higher heat utilization rate.

4.  Special function Auto-dormancy, if it does not work for 10 minutes, the machine will automatically cool down and get into dormancy state. Not only save power but also protect heating wire.

5. Auto heating protection. Novice misoperation, even if the main switch suddenly closed, the machine can cool down to below 50℃ automatically for adequate machine protection.

1. Preparation

Tightening up the two pieces of cloth. First, glue or tape is used to fix the lap joint and the lower layer is laid on the ground (as shown in Figure 1). Second, according to the  picture content, put the lap cloth on the upper layer correctly(the overlap width is equal to nozzle width) and fixed (as shown in Figure 2), the other side is fixed with the same way. (Note: In order to guarantee no dislocation and wrinkle, the tapes at both sides need to be tightened, and the inkjet cloth should be flattened. Because of hot-melt welding, there would be slight shrinkage. So when lapping the inkjet cloth, you need to overlap about 1 mm)

2. Set the temperature and walking speed

Connecting the power supply, setting the temperature and speed accordingly( For details, pls refer to parameter settings), and beginner should use scrap of the same material for testing.

3. Start

When the actual temperature rises to be consistent with the setting value, machine can begin to work. First, we need to shake the landing gear and make the welding wheel touch the ground, one hand lifts upward to overlap the upper cloth, and the other presses the handle of the air gun so that the limit hook is detached (as shown in Figure 3), then the air gun grip is lifted, and the air gun is quickly moved to the left so that the air nozzle is between the two cloths (as shown in Figure 4).

4. Work process

Keep the nozzle between two pieces materials, and the outer side of the welding wheel and the upper lap in a straight line. If not, you can use the handrail to adjust direction. 

5. Finish

After completion, the air gun is pulled out and the machine stops walking. However, do not turn off the main power switch immediately. Turn off the heating switch knob  (turn the golden knob to the left and hear the “beep” sound),when the actual temperature drops below 50℃ then turn off main switch. Otherwise, it will cause damage to service life.
